Jarrod Stillman

Jarrod Stillman is a designer, entrepreneur, and founder with over 15 years of hands-on experience building brands, designing products, and manufacturing at scale. His journey began not in a boardroom but on the workshop floor — creating, testing, and refining ideas into real, sellable products. As the head of design at Jack Stillman, a heritage-inspired lifestyle brand, Jarrod has personally designed every product in the range, including the successful Drifter Poncho and a suite of canvas and leather bags loved by adventurers across Australia and beyond.

With no formal design training, Jarrod built his design process from the ground up — prioritising function first, then working backwards into form and aesthetics. His philosophy is simple: design should solve a problem, and great products come from real-world use, not just mood boards. That practical creativity flows into his broader approach to business: fast, lean, and experience-led. He’s launched multiple ventures over the years, from media and video production to ecommerce and retail — each one refining his understanding of branding, customer psychology, and product viability.

In 2018, Jarrod took his obsession with quality and control to the next level by establishing Stillman Manufacturing in Vietnam — a small-scale, ethically run manufacturing facility specialising in soft accessories. This move allowed him to control every step of the product lifecycle, from concept to shipment, while offering manufacturing services to other brands through Jubilee Street Studio. His team now manages sampling, prototyping, and full production for clients who need a more collaborative, transparent, and design-led partner.

What sets Jarrod apart is not just his product knowledge, but his real-world understanding of what it takes to turn a creative idea into a successful business. He’s navigated crowdfunding, ecommerce, logistics, IP headaches, and brand-building from the ground up — and he brings that knowledge to every project. Today, through Jubilee Street Studio, Jarrod offers more than just manufacturing — he offers mentorship, design strategy, and a proven framework for turning good ideas into exceptional products.
