Jarrod Stillman
CEO, Founder
Jarrod Stillman is a designer, entrepreneur, and founder with over 15 years of hands-on experience building brands, designing products, and manufacturing at scale. His journey began not in a boardroom but on the workshop floor — creating, testing, and refining ideas into real, sellable products. As the head of design at Jack Stillman, a heritage-inspired lifestyle brand, Jarrod has personally designed every product in the range, including the successful Drifter Poncho and a suite of canvas and leather bags loved by adventurers across Australia and beyond.
Tuyet Tran Thi
Operations Manager
Tuyet is the operational heart of Stillman Manufacturing in Vietnam. She officially joined our team in 2023, but brings over two decades of leadership experience across manufacturing, international education, and investment project management.
Armed with three university degrees — in Business Administration, Accounting, and English — Tuyet has worn many hats throughout her career. She’s worked in export garment manufacturing, managed logistics and material supply, served as Chief Accountant and Head of HR/Admin for large-scale investment projects, and led operations for Australian-backed education initiatives, including the University of Queensland’s UD-UQ ELI program and the Vietnam office of William Angliss Institute.
Nguyen Phi Hung (Thoi)
Head of Production – Da Nang, Vietnam
Thoi was our very first hire in Vietnam and has been with us since the beginning — co-founding Stillman Manufacturing alongside Jarrod in 2018. A master tailor with deep expertise in design, sampling, and pattern making, Thoi brings a level of craftsmanship and precision that sets the benchmark for our entire operation.
Skilled with a wide range of specialist tools and machinery, Thoi leads our production with a calm, confident approach — ensuring every product we make meets our high standards. He’s not just a technician; he’s a teacher and a leader, respected by his team for his ability to delegate effectively and match the right hands to the right tasks.
When your product enters production, it’s Thoi who makes sure it’s executed with care, accuracy, and efficiency. And if there’s a smarter way to do something — or a way to improve the design — Thoi’s the guy who will spot it. He’s a cornerstone of our success and a true guardian of quality at Jubilee Street Studio.
