Product Design

You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s our job.

Whether you’ve got a rough sketch, a full idea, or just a vibe in your head, we’re here to help you shape it into a real, sellable product. You don’t need to be a designer to bring your idea to life — that’s what we do. At Jubilee Street Studio, product design is more than just making something look good. It’s about solving problems with functionality first, then letting the form follow. That’s our approach — though, of course, if your priorities are different, we’ll adapt to suit your goals. This is a creative partnership, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

The Process

1. It all starts with a conversation.

You tell us your vision — what the product is, how you imagine it working, what kind of feel or aesthetic you’re going for. That might be enough to get started. From there, we’ll ask the right questions, offer honest feedback, and give you practical advice to move the idea forward.

2. Refining the concept.

We’ll help you define your product’s purpose and audience, identify must-have features, and guide you on how to balance functionality, cost, and market expectations. We’ll also help you explore materials, technical details, and anything else that makes your product unique.

3. Economic viability.

A great product still has to make sense financially. We’ll help you run the numbers — understand your unit costs, margins, materials sourcing, and even help you conduct basic market research to figure out where your product fits and how it could perform.

4. Specs and design development.

Once we’ve got a solid direction, our in-house professional designers step in. These aren’t just fashion designers — they’re experts in bag and accessories design. They know how to make things work in the real world, and how to translate creative ideas into precise, production-ready specs.

Our Specialty

We specialise in designing:

  • Canvas and leather heritage-style gear
  • Urban and streetwear-inspired accessories
  • Functional travel and outdoor equipment
  • Bespoke promo and branded merchandise

Because we run our own brand (Jack Stillman), we already know what works in the current market — and what doesn’t. We’ll bring that real-world perspective into your design process. No fluff, just honest, experienced advice to give your product the best chance at success.

A Detailed Plan

That's what we're aiming for. We want to work with you to create a detailed tech pack, which is the industry standard. This is a technical document that keeps everyone on the same page.

Costs

A professional product design that produces a detailed tech pack, ready for sampling, can range from $2k to $6k depending on the level of complexity of the final product.
